Executive Director
Laura Kleinman joined STC as Executive Director on December 6th, bringing extensive experience from her work with economic development non-profits in Cleveland, including her recent role as Vice President of Services at University Circle Inc., where she led initiatives to keep the neighborhood safe, vibrant, and supportive of education and small businesses. She created impactful programs like “Coffee with a Curator,” connecting older adults with cultural learning experiences. Excited to bring her passion for empowering older adults to STC. Director of Operations (outgoing)
Ed manages the daily transit operations and supervises drivers. He ensures STC efficiently manages resources, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, service delivery, quality management and safety. Ed has over 30 years of experience in transit and logistics.

Director of Operations (incoming)
Elliot is taking over for Ed Eucker, and will be managing the daily transit operations and supervises drivers. He will ensure that STC efficiently manages resources, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, service delivery, quality management and safety. Elliot brings over 10 years of experience in operations and security, with a strong track record of employee engagement and performance management.

Manager of Recruitment and Development
Sidney recruits new drivers along with training new drivers and keeping up training with seasoned drivers as well.

Call Center Staff
STC schedulers and dispatchers process phone calls, book trips, create and manage daily routes. They communicate changes to drivers during their routes and respond to questions or concerns from drivers.
