Rider Eligibility

Senior Transportation Connection (STC) provides transportation services primarily for adults 60+ years old who live within specific municipal or nonprofit service areas throughout Cleveland, Ohio. Some jurisdictions may have different eligibility requirements, such as for people with special needs.

We do not serve assisted living or nursing facilities. If you have a Personal Care Aide, the PCA must be registered.

Hours of Operation

Call Center: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Holiday Closures:
STC is closed on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, JuneTeenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Costs for Transportation Services

STC does not set or control fare amounts for senior rides.

Please confirm your fare when scheduling your trip, as fares are set by your local community or nonprofit provider, not by STC.

STC complies with all nondiscrimination requirements in the provision of our services to the public. If you have any concern, please Contact us and we will make every effort to resolve your issue.
