Director, Operations
This position reports to and supports executive leadership by managing day-to-day operations of the organization. S/he will implement operational policies, objectives and initiatives, ensure relevant strategic objectives are achieved, and evaluate, manage and minimize operational risk. The Operations Director will ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Further, the Director will develop and implement policies and plans to meet contractual obligations for service delivery. S/he will evaluate client and community needs on an ongoing basis, while optimizing opportunities for organizational growth. The Director will ensure all relevant obligations are met or exceeded, and develop and propose new or amended policies and practices as appropriate.
Qualified applicants preferably have a college degree in business and should have a minimum of five (5) years experience managing the operational function(s) of an organization with an annual operating budget of at least $3 million, with progressively increasing responsibilities including management of staff. Experience must include hands-on work with operational and strategic planning, as well as budget planning and management. Experience being accountable for safety and risk management goals is highly desirable.

Call Center Supervisor
This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the call center and assigned administrative staff. The Call Center Supervisor will assist staff during challenging calls and troubleshoot matters as they arise. They will act as a single point-of-contact for group and special trip arrangements, and will ensure standards, policies, and initiatives are met consistently. This person will also provide orientation and training to ensure accurate and high-quality service delivery, and will monitor staff performance using technical and managerial tools, addressing areas of concern.
Qualified applicants should have a minumum of three years’ supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience supervising call center operations is highly desirable, along with budgetary and reporting experience.

Drivers
Our drivers provide transportation for older adults and adults with disabilities to their appointments in Cuyahoga County. Duties include safety-checking vehicles, following assigned routes and delivering exceptional customer service.
Applicants must have a clean driving record with no more than 2 points. They must pass a criminal background check and a drug and alcohol screening prior to hire, and random drug and alcohol screenings thereafter. No CDL is required.
East and West Side routes are available and most shifts are weekdays. We also have frequent needs for part-time drivers.
